Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: As of right now, Little petit is a Singapore based business and we do not ship worldwide currently.

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer free Standard shipping from Singpost for all orders. However we are not responsible for the loss of the package if you chose this option. If you wish to receive your order faster/safely, we offer Singpost tracked delivery, Qxpress and Ninja Van as well.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are dispatched every Wednesdays and Saturdays & depending on your location and chosen shipping method- will arrive between 3-7 business days for local orders. You will get an email notifying when your order is shipped.

Please note that these are only estimates and shipping times can vary greatly. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with things missing, please get in contact with us so we can sort out a solution.

Q: Do you do customisation?

A: As of right now, Little Petit is a one-man business, so we do not offer customisation at the moment.

Q: Do you do writing services?

A: Here at Little Petit, we believe you should write your own messages as your handwriting represents you!  :D

Q: What if I have a big order?

A: For orders more than 30 cards, you can drop us an email at elttil.petit@gmail.com and we can discuss more details further.

Q: How do pre-orders work?

If an item is listed as pre-order or pre-sale, that means it is pending or in production. it will not be immediately shipped to you.

The estimated dispatch date will be listed in the product description. You will get a notification when the item is shipped to you.
